30-day money-back guarantee. If ARSENALS isn't for you, write to us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to us through the contact form within 30 days of the day you bought the book, and choose "Refund".
- Give the email address you used at checkout, so we can find your order. A Gumroad receipt number helps, but you don't need it.
- You don't have to give a reason, and you don't have to return or delete anything to ask.
What happens next
We refund the full price you paid through Gumroad, our checkout provider, to the card or account you paid with. We usually answer within two business days. Once the refund is issued, your bank or card company may take several more business days to show it.
Gifts
If you bought ARSENALS as a gift, the refund goes to you, the buyer, not to the person who received it.
The free chapter
The John Wayne chapter is free, so there is nothing to refund. If you paid something for it anyway, ask and we'll return that too.
After 30 days
The guarantee covers 30 days. If something is wrong with your files at any time, for example a download that won't open, write to us and we'll fix it or send them again.
